Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are very commonly treated through telehealth. A clinician will ask about your symptoms and history to decide whether treatment can be prescribed online or whether a urine test is needed first.

When to seek in-person care
Fever, back or side pain, vomiting, or symptoms during pregnancy should be assessed in person.
