Using OnlineDr.review

What is OnlineDr.review?

OnlineDr.review is an independent directory of online doctors, telehealth services and virtual veterinarians. You can browse providers by condition, compare visit fees, and read reviews from verified members.

Is OnlineDr.review free to use?

Yes. Browsing the directory, reading reviews and creating an account are completely free.

Do you provide medical care?

No. We help you find and compare providers, but we do not provide medical or veterinary care ourselves. Always follow the advice of a licensed professional, and call 911 in an emergency.

Reviews

Who can write a review?

Any signed-up member who has verified their email address can review a doctor or vet. Each member can leave one review per provider, which they can edit or delete at any time from their dashboard.

How do you keep reviews honest?

Reviews require a verified account, and our staff moderate reviews that break our guidelines — for example spam, offensive language or conflicts of interest.

Can a provider pay to remove a bad review?

No. Rankings are based on member ratings, and we never remove genuine reviews for payment.

Online doctors & vets

What can an online doctor treat?

Many common conditions can be treated virtually, including colds and flu, UTIs, allergies, skin conditions, and mental health concerns like anxiety and depression. Browse our conditions page to learn more.

Can online doctors prescribe medication?

Licensed online doctors can prescribe many medications when clinically appropriate. Some medications, such as certain controlled substances, may require an in-person visit.

How do online vet visits work?

You connect with a veterinarian over video or chat, show them your pet and describe symptoms. They can offer advice, a care plan, or tell you if your pet needs to be seen in person.

Will my insurance cover a virtual visit?

Coverage varies by insurer and provider. Check directly with the telehealth service and your insurance plan before booking.
